Since its inception in the Spring 2011 semester, the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Debate Team has traveled across the state of California and the United States to represent ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ at nationally recognized intercollegiate debate tournaments.
Awards/Recognition:
In the past nine years, the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Debate Team has competed in three styles of debate: National Parliamentary Debate Association, British Parliamentary Debate Association, and International Parliamentary Debate Association.

- 2020 Talk Hawk Invitational Tournament: Two Bronze awards in IPDA (Livermore, CA)
- 2019 Valley to Valley Tournament: Gold Award in IPDA (Pleasant Hill, CA)
- 2019 Lancer Watson Invitational Tournament: Silver Award in IPDA (San Marcos, CA)
- 2016 USU National Champions in BP Debate for Community Colleges (Morehouse, Atlanta, GA)
- 2016 Penguin Invitational Champions in BP Debate (Dominican University, San Rafael, CA)
- 2015 USU National Champions in BP Debate for Community Colleges (Claremont College, Claremont, CA)
- 2015 USU National Champions in BP Debate for First Year Debate Teams (Claremont College, Claremont, CA)
