First Time Dual Enrollment Students

Is this your first time taking an ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Dual Enrollment class? Here are the steps to take & video tutorials to help you along the way!

  • STEP 1: Get Your *ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Student ID#

    (*students with an ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ ID# go to STEP 2)

    CREATE A CCCAPPLY ACCOUNT AND APPLY TO ÐÓ°É´«Ã½:

    • Click on
    • Click on Create an Account (CCCApply) and follow the instructions to create the CCCApply account.
    • Continue to complete the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ application and click submit.
    • Check your email account for an email from (ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Student Portal) containing your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ student ID#, username & password
      This email will come to the email address that you applied with. The email may take up to 24 hours to appear. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

  • STEP 2a: Login to InSite

    STEP 2: Login to ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ InSite

    Logging In to InSite Video Tutorial

    First time InSite user steps:

    • Go to your personal email & locate the email from with your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ student ID#, username, & password
    • Go to the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ website & click the InSite icon at the top of the webpage
    • Enter your username & one time password (new users)
      (hint: first time users, it's your 6 digit birthdate)
    • Create a new password & create challenge questions
    • Write down/take a picture of your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ ID#, username & password for future reference!

    Returning InSite users:

    • Go to the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ website & click the InSite icon at the top of the webpage
      Enter your username & password.

      Forgot your username & password? Try these tips:
      • Go to the email account that you used  to apply to ÐÓ°É´«Ã½
        In the search bar, enter "InSite" and the email with your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ ID# & username should come up.
      • Click on the "" and "" links in the sign in box.
  • STEP 2b: Get Approval-The Authorization Form

    STEP 3: The Dual Enrollment Authorization Form

    First Time Dual Enrollment Students must complete & submit the Dual Enrollment Authorization form online. This form is submitted only once and is valid for the student's high school years.

    Complete the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Dual Enrollment Authorization Form

    • Log in to your Portal
    • Click on the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Student Forms tile
    • Click on  "Dual Enrollment Authorization Form"
      (You will only complete this form ONCE during your high school years)
    • YOU* Fill out & submit the Authorization form
    • If you are an undocumented/non-resident student, please make sure you check the SB-150 box & sign your name
    • YOUR COUNSELOR* fills out & submits the Authorization form (See Parent/Counselor Steps Page)
    • YOUR PARENT* fills out & submits the Authorization form (See Parent/Counselor Steps Page)

    NOTES:
    *YOU cannot fill out the Parent & High School Counselor portion of the form, even though it has a required* asterisk symbol.

    • The ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Admissions & Records Department will receive the completed form for processing and to keep on file for any other Dual Enrollment courses you would like to enroll in in the future.
    • This process will take 1-3 DAYS some times as each person fills out the form and it is emailed to the next person for signing. YOU MUST CHECK YOUR PERSONAL/INSITE EMAIL OFTEN! This way you will know when it comes back fully signed. 
    • Your High School Counselor will send a list of approved students to ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ for registration. Please keep in contact with your counselor to make sure you are registered!
    • Some Dual Enrollment courses will have Math or English pre-requisites to meet. Please see the "Guided Self Placement" tab below.
  • Guided Self Placement for Math & English pre-requisites

    Some Dual Enrollment courses will require students to take the Guided Self Placement (GSP) to clear Math & English pre-requisites.

    • CHEM-006 DuE students will be taking the to clear their Algebra 1 pre-req. 
    •  ENGL-100 students will be taking the to clear their pre-req.

    Once you have registered for your Dual Enrollment course(s), you can log into your InSite portal to access the Orientation or click below:
    (Please note that it may take 2-4 hours AFTER you complete registration for your CANVAS account to be active for you)

    Once you've registered, you can email your ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ professor to introduce yourself & ask for any current information for the class.
